In his address to the 81st United Nations General Assembly (UNGA81), President Bola Ahmed Tinubu reiterated Nigeria’s dedication to promoting global peace while also highlighting the need for international cooperation in digital development, according to Voice of Nigeria.
Tinubu’s address was delivered by Vice President Kashim Shettima on the theme ‘Restoring Trust, Managing Transformation: A United Nations That Delivers.’ According to Vanguard News, the President discussed various global issues and called for unity in addressing them.
In addition, according to Voice of Nigeria, the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) emphasized the need for global partnerships to drive digital growth during UNGA81.
