Atiku Abubakar’s media aide, Phrank Shaibu, has made a surprising claim that the former Vice President sponsored President Bola Tinubu’s first-ever trip to Saudi Arabia. Shaibu made this statement during an appearance on Politics Today, where he highlighted Atiku’s generosity and alleged relationship with Tinubu. According to Shaibu, “The […] ‘Atiku sponsored Tinubu’s first trip to Saudi Arabia’ – Phrank Shaibu, who emphasized that this claim could be disputed by Tinubu if it was untrue. Daily Post Nigeria reported this development on November 2, 2026, but neither the Atiku nor Tinubu camps have confirmed or denied the allegation.
