The Chancellor of Dominion University, Ibadan, Dr. Paul Enenche, has called on 140 graduating students to shun corruption and uphold integrity, Punch Newspapers reports. Speaking at the 6th convocation ceremony of the university, Enenche urged the graduates to use their education to contribute positively to Nigeria’s development. “As you graduate today, I implore you to be men and women of integrity, to eschew corruption, and to strive to make a difference in your communities and the nation at large,” Enenche said. The Chancellor also encouraged the graduates to remain steadfast in their faith and to always uphold Christian values. The ceremony, which held on October 25, 2026, saw students from various faculties receiving their degrees. It is not clear if this is the first graduation ceremony for the university, which was established in 2015. The university is a private, faith-based institution that offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields. According to the university’s website, its mission is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to become responsible citizens and leaders in their chosen fields.
