A partnership between Enhancing Financial Inclusion and Advancement (EFInA) and Lagos Business School (LBS) has led to the training of 147 professionals in evidence-based policymaking for financial inclusion.

In a move aimed at strengthening financial inclusion in Nigeria, Enhancing Financial Inclusion and Advancement (EFInA), in collaboration with Sustainable and Inclusive Digital Financial Services (SIDFS), an initiative of Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, has equipped 147 professionals with practical skills for evidence-based policymaking. According to THISDAYLIVE, the training focused on data analysis and interpretation, policy design, and implementation strategies. This partnership is part of EFInA’s commitment to fostering a conducive environment for financial inclusion and ensuring that policies are grounded in solid evidence.

This development is significant as it underscores the need for evidence-based policymaking in the financial sector. With the training, these professionals are now better equipped to contribute to policymaking that can effectively address the challenges of financial inclusion and promote sustainable economic growth in Nigeria.
