In the ongoing Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season, Rivers United have established themselves as a difficult side to beat, but their trip to Bendel Insurance will provide a stern examination of their unbeaten run. According to Premium Times Nigeria, the clash promises to be an exciting one, with both teams vying for crucial points in the standings. The match is scheduled to hold in Benin City, Bendel Insurance’s home turf. While Rivers United have shown impressive form, their away record this season has been less impressive. Bendel Insurance, on the other hand, will be buoyed by the home advantage. Meanwhile, in Lagos, Ikorodu City and Shooting Stars will also lock horns in a highly anticipated encounter. Both teams are fighting for survival in the league, making this match a potential relegation six-pointer. The clash between Ikorodu City and Shooting Stars is set to take place at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos. The outcome of these matches could significantly impact the league standings, as teams scramble for positions in the top half of the table.
