President Bola Tinubu has tasked Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) with ensuring a credible election in 2027. The President made this call during a meeting with CSO representatives at the State House, Abuja.
According to a report by Voice of Nigeria, Tinubu emphasised the importance of the role CSOs play in promoting transparency and accountability during elections.
Similarly, THISDAYLIVE reported that former Governor of Zamfara State, Senator Ahmad Sani Yarima, expressed confidence in Senator Abdulaziz Abubakar Yari’s ability to secure victory for Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 elections.
Yarima, who spoke at an event organised by the National Association of Zamfara State Students (NAZASS), praised Yari for his political expertise and ability to mobilise support for APC candidates.
