The REOI was issued under the iDICE programme, which focuses on digital innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship. In a related development, the government also seeks a consultancy for Independent Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), Technology and Creative Sector services under the iDICE programme.
