Elderly Man Accuses Wife of Attempted Strangulation in Divorce Case

In a shocking turn of events, an 81-year-old man named Ademola has accused his wife, Adesewa, of attempted strangulation during a divorce case hearing at the Grade A Customary Court in Mapo, Ibadan, Oyo State. According to Tribune Online, Ademola claimed that he started regretting his union with Adesewa 16 years ago, after he allegedly caught her in an affair. The elderly man told the court that his wife, who is 54 years old, had displayed a violent and unfaithful behavior towards him. This unsettling incident adds another layer of complexity to their 54-year marriage, which Ademola seeks to dissolve. It is essential to note that the court proceedings are ongoing, and the veracity of these allegations has yet to be confirmed.

Tribune Online also reported another story on the same day, unrelated to the divorce case. A woman named Fatima sought advice for a small lump under her neck skin. The nature of the lump was described as soft and rubbery, and its cause is yet to be determined. While the lump might be benign, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional to ensure it is not a more serious condition.
