Governor Uba Sani Compensates 865 Property Owners in Kaduna

In a significant move, Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has paid a total of ₦2 billion in compensation to 865 property owners who were affected by township road projects in Zaria, Sabon Gari, and Giwa. According to a report by Vanguard News, this marks the total sum the Uba Sani administration has paid to property owners in the state since the projects commenced. The report did not specify when the compensation was paid or when the facility began operating. The compensation is expected to ease the burden on the affected property owners, particularly in the densely populated areas of Zaria, Sabon Gari, and Giwa. This development comes at a time when infrastructure development is a key focus of the Uba Sani administration. The governor has been emphasizing the need for improved road networks to boost economic activities and facilitate easier movement of goods and people. According to the report, the governor also received a delegation of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) heavyweights into the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna.
