A Nigerian conglomerate, Wisdom Kwati Group, has unveiled an ambitious plan to generate $100 billion in consolidated revenue by 2036, develop five million homes across four regions, and list on both the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) and the London Stock Exchange, according to THISDAYLIVE. The group aims to bolster Nigeria’s housing sector, which has long struggled with a deficit of affordable homes. The initiative is also expected to create significant employment opportunities and spur economic growth. The ambitious project comes as the Nigerian government seeks to attract more foreign investment to the housing sector as part of its broader efforts to stimulate economic development. According to THISDAYLIVE, the group is currently in discussions with several international investors to secure the necessary funding for this massive undertaking.
