Tinubu Lacks Capacity and Energy to Govern Nigeria – Obi

In a recent development, Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), has declared that President Bola Tinubu lacks the energy and capacity to govern Nigeria. According to reports by Punch Newspapers, Obi made this statement during a campaign rally in Lagos. Obi’s remarks come at a time when Tinubu is facing criticism over his health and stamina, with some accusing him of being too old to lead the country effectively. Obi’s comments have sparked a heated debate among Nigerians, with some agreeing with his assessment while others have accused him of playing politics. This is not the first time Obi has criticized Tinubu’s leadership abilities. In the past, he has accused Tinubu of being a divisive figure and of having a poor track record on issues such as corruption and insecurity. Tinubu, on the other hand, has consistently maintained that he has the vision and leadership skills needed to move Nigeria forward. The election is scheduled to take place in February 2027, and it remains to be seen whether Obi’s criticisms will have any impact on the outcome.
